By applying for a December Tax Advance Loan through Quick Stop Tax, you understand that this is a short-term loan secured by your anticipated 2026 tax refund.

You authorize Quick Stop Tax to verify your information and use your future refund for repayment if approved.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. You will receive an approval or denial within five (5) business days.

If approved, you agree that Quick Stop Tax must prepare and file your 2026 tax return. Filing with another tax preparer after receiving an advance will be considered a breach of this agreement.

The loan includes a $25 flat processing fee plus $10 per $100 borrowed, per month until the balance is paid. Repayment will be deducted from your 2026 tax refund. If your refund is insufficient, you are responsible for the remaining balance.

Failure to comply may result in legal and collection action.
