1. Setup & Enrollment Fees

Software Setup Fee: $5,000 (deductible from earnings).

ERO Fee: $2,500 | Preparer Fee: $1,500

2. Waived Renewal Fee

ERO must have 250+ clients funded. Preparer must have 50+ funded clients.

3. Compensation to Software Owner

- $50 per funded ERO return

- 20% of each ERO signup

- Option to earn override % on prep fees

- Franchise income opportunity from launching tax brands

4. Payment Terms

CTTS may deduct setup or service fees from software owner earnings.

5. NDA & Non-Solicitation

You agree not to disclose or solicit CTTS employees, clients, or processes for 36 months post-termination.

6. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed under Harris County, Texas law.

7. Bonus Access
